• The accessory adapter can be connected to the proximal end of any Desilets-Hoffman sheath.
• The self-adjusting valve in the adapter prevents blood reflux and air aspiration during the introduction of catheters or instruments.
• The side-connection line can be used for flushing or as a second infusion line.
