Social Events / Travel
The course reception/dinner will be at the Grand Pavilion Pool on Saturday evening, May 8th, from 7:00-9:00 pm. Spouse/ guest included in registration fee, additional guests/children are extra.
Golfers should call early (toll free 888/845-8915) to reserve a tee time on one of Wild Dunes' famous golf courses.
Wild Dunes Resort is 35-40 minutes from the Charleston International Airport. For airport transport, Wild Dunes Resort recommends Absolutely Charleston (843/747-4448 for reservations). Fee is $46 one way. Alternatively, you may wish to consider car rental.

The conference registration fee includes instructional materials, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, refreshment breaks, and course reception/dinner (MD only, including spouse/guest). A cancellation fee of $50 will be retained on all refunds made prior to April 23, 2010. After April 23rd, there will be no refunds.
