Bloomington, Ind. , December 16, 2008 – Aimee Hawkins-Mungle, a 17-year veteran of the Cook Medical organization, has been named vice president of administrative services and payroll.

Since joining Cook in 1991, Hawkins-Mungle has held several positions, beginning as a receptionist and clerical support person. She transitioned to assisting with administrative duties for the executive group in 1993.  In 2000, she assumed full responsibility as executive assistant.

“It is a pleasure to be a part of the Cook organization,” said Hawkins-Mungle. “I look forward to participating at the executive level in my new role.”

Most recently, Hawkins-Mungle was the manager of administrative and support services in addition to executive assistant. Her responsibilities included phone administration, reception areas, education and quality standards for administrative assistants, coordination of large corporate meetings, payroll assistance and managerial duties for the Fitness Center.

Hawkins-Mungle, a Bloomington native, attended Indiana University and is a graduate of Bloomington High School South.
