Cook Group Incorporated Signs Three-Year Supply Contract With MedAssets HSCA

Bloomington, Ind. – Cook Group Incorporated has signed a three-year contract to supply medical products for diagnostic and interventional radiology, gastroenterological and urological procedures to the members of MedAssets HSCA.

The contract, which is in effect from July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006, also allows Cook to offer additional product lines from its other medical divisions to MedAssets HSCA members in the future, Hughes explained. He described the contract as a tiered agreement designed to provide flexibility to MedAssets HSCA members.
