K-Tube was the first company to successfully produce hypodermic needle tubing using extremely thin stainless steel strips and the laser welding method. K-Tube is now the largest independent needle tubing manufacturer in the United States.

A full range of needle tube sizes and wall sizes is available in a variety of stainless steel and nickel alloys. Utilizing its special drawing processes to create various inside diameter finishes, K-Tube meets very challenging medical device design requirements. To produce pre-cut tubing for specific product applications, K-Tube uses multiple cutting and fabrication techniques.

Other tubing applications include industrial needles, gas vents, ink pens, mechanical guides, fluid and gas flow metering, heat exchangers, instrumentation and springs.
