In 2014, Cook Biotech engineer Mike Taylor was working on Zenapro®, a hybrid hernia-repair device. But he faced a challenge. Brian Spicer, the Zenapro product manager, asked him to engineer the product in a size larger than anything he had made before.
“There [were] certainly a few minutes of just sheer panic,” Mike said.
Brian kept our customers’ interests in mind, and Mike focused on getting the equipment and processes we needed. They succeeded, and they created a way to efficiently ship Zenapro, store Zenapro, and minimize waste.
Watch them tell the story.
