Cook recently introduced a website, https://www.cookmedical.com/orders, that allows you the convenience of checking your Cook customer account information online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From your online account you can locate a specific order, view its status and shipment tracking location. Future enhancements to the website include more in-depth tracking information and other enhanced functionality.

To create an account, please call Cook Customer Service at 1-800-457-4500 (U.S.A. Only). A Customer Service representative will help you set up your online account and answer any questions you may have about this new service.

As always, you can also call Cook Customer Service and speak with a representative about the status of your orders.
