Cross chronic total occlusions (CTOs) with success

92.3% procedural success*1
92.3% technical success*1

The BeBack catheter’s “adept ability to navigate and recanalize occluded segments provides a robust alternative, especially when traditional wire guide and catheter techniques falter.”1

Chronic total occlusion crossing

In-stent restenosis

Subintimal crossing and re-entry

*In 72/78 CTO procedures where traditional wire guide and catheter techniques had failed.
Technical success was defined as “CTO recanalization by occlusion crossing or luminal re-entry via the application of BeBack and demonstration of arterial patency with completion angiogram.”1 Procedural success was defined as “arterial recanalization with < 30% residual stenosis and improvement in ABI by at least 0.2 after 24 hours."1

A New CTO Algorithm With the BeBack Crossing Catheter

“A literature review and conversation with a clinician experienced in the technology highlight the utility of the BeBack catheter for CTO in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia.”

The purpose and intended use of the BeBack crossing catheter is to be used in conjunction with a steerable wire guide to access discrete regions of the peripheral vasculature. It may be used to facilitate placement and exchange of wire guides.
