The Advance 35LP Low-Profile PTA Balloon Dilatation Catheter is now available in more options in order to treat lesions of differing lengths. The new balloon lengths are 1.5, 2, 2.5, 17, and 20 cm. The Advance 35LP balloon catheter is ideal for the superficial femoral artery and complements the Zilver® PTX® Drug-Eluting Peripheral Stent. The exceptional rewrap of Advance 35LP’s Starcast™ balloon shoulders facilitate easy sheath reinsertion so that you can repeat the treatment during the same procedure. The Pliaform™ balloon texture reduces friction by more than 50%* to help you cross lesions and retract the balloon after deflation, and a D-shaped lumen ensures rapid balloon inflation and deflation.
The Advance 35 LP balloon catheter is indicated for percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) of lesions in peripheral arteries including the iliac, renal, popliteal, infrapopliteal, femoral, and iliofemoral arteries, as well as obstructive lesions of native or synthetic arteriovenous dialysis fistulae.
