Previous versions of the Ciaglia Blue Rhino sets and trays with Shiley PERC6 and PERC8 tracheostomy tubes are no longer available. Legacy Ciaglia Blue Rhino sets and trays without Shiley PERC6 and PERC8 tracheostomy tubes will be available until September 30, 2021.

We regret to inform you that the Flourish® Pediatric Esophageal Atresia device is no longer commercially available. It’s important to note that the withdrawal of the Flourish device was not due to any safety or quality concerns. Used for catheter or instrument introduction. The sheath peels away and can be removed after catheter placement. The maximum diameter of the catheter or instrument to be introduced should be measured to ensure its passage through the sheath.
