Used for dilation of the ureter prior to ureteroscopy and/or stone manipulation. The long taper eases introduction through strictured or tortuous areas. AQ is a microthin, hydrophilic polymer coating, that, when activated, attracts and holds water and other liquids to the dilator. This creates a low-friction surface.
